I have been having really bad panic attacks lately and I don’t know if any of you have them but it feels as if I am going crazy and the panic attacks are horrible. I have visited my doctor and was prescribed xanax and I have took it but my prescription is now gone. Any help would be appreciated. This has been going on for about two weeks and when I think about how I have been feeling lately it makes me want to cry. What can I do to get rid of the panic attacks? Please help.
