Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I have had a sudden rash of Panic Attacks in the last few days (11 in three days) I dont know what brought this on. I thought I was happy, I didnt have a lot of friends because Im so busy and I am taking care of my Mom….
I do not like taking drugs. I dont take ritalin for my ADHD, or birthcontrol.

I really Dont want to take medication,you know..I have been trying breathing exercises, and it work for the first few attacks, but now its not as great.

Dr. Rx ed Zorcor for high colestrol Panic attacks started and were digagnosed as a side effect of the drug ;Dr. told me to stop Zorcor ;yet the panic attacks continue;;;; any Doctors out there with some help on this?
