1)What are the simple steps to be taken for relief from a panic attack?
2)What should be done to prevent a panic attack? Is there any particular diet which might help ?
This has been carrying on for almost two years now. Every single day, I feel nauseous and sick to my stomach. I feel as if I am going to throw up. Doctors have said I am only backed up. This in which I believe, but something else is bothering me. The littlest thing in the back of my mind can trigger the ultimate nausea. This problem is RUINING my life. I can’t do anything I like to do anymore. I actually LIKE school. However, lately, they are thinking about kicking me out because I am too much of a pain. This pain, I can’t help. It’s stronger than me and its taking over. Nobody believes that I’m in pain either! Help! What can I do during school hours that’ll solve this nausea? I’ve missed too much school.
I am having panic attacks worring about panic attacks. It was originally caused by back problems. The back probs have gone away but the anxiety will not end. I have never experienced this before and am in good shape in my mid 30’s. Any ideas to make the madness end?
I suffer from panic attacks. if you don’t know what they are, then then you pry shouldn’t be here, anyway, but if you want to know, just go to google and type in panic attacks. Plenty of information there.
For those of you who know what panic attacks are, and know any type of in depth information, can you guys give me some ideas on how to get rid of them? I know there’s a lot of “Pay now and do this course!” but i don’t know which ones really work and which ones don’t.
I already take meds…but they’re not helping too much, so I just got the dosage upped, but it’s not any better yet.
