Anxiety and Panic Attacks

I have had some relationship problems and now I found out he is cheating excessively. The fact of him with someone other than me after 5 years is ripping my insides apart. It feels like a 1000 ft. freefall. I get headaches and this severe nervous feeling It hurts and I can’t control it. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have very irrational anxiety attacks that make it more and more difficult to for me to drive my car. I never have them anywhere else… only when i drive… ANY ADVISE IS TREMENDOUSLY APPRECIATED! Thank you
