Anxiety and Panic Attacks

i know alot of people hate dealing with these things. it a tape recorder that keeps playing in your head over and over everyday of your life as soon as you wake up..ive dealt with it for 17 years and finally found out how to control my anxiety.it wasnt easy but then you got to think. *at one time of my life i didnt have these prolblems” I started a new drug from GNC called Gaba. This is a drug that has no side effects and is actually good for you . Psychs actually got to drop the doses of people on antidepressants as soon as they got on Gaba. So people just remember i know its hard to deal with anxiety but if you really read up on it and find out what anxiety really is it will help you deal with it.
