well i’ve had a panic attack once. it’s really hard to cope with it. well, i’d have to say, sacrifice? like do not finish your work. get some sleep. ok fine, that doesn’t help, does it? I i don’t have the cure, but i know some precautions.

3. do your work in advance

Paxil works. Go see your doctor for a perscription.
Reduce your sugar intake. Try to find what your trigger is. For me it is spicy foods so I have stopped eating them – has made a huge difference.
an exorcism?
When you feel it coming on, breathe deeply and think about something else.
Meds ….. There’s no other way out ….. Trust me !!!!
