You need to work out the cure with mental health professional.

Preferably one who just doesn’t prescribe drugs.

The lasting cure is one that is founded on talk therapy and self discovery.

panic attacks occur when you are in a situation that makes you feel afraid for no logical reason. for example….you leave your house get into your car put your keys into the ignition and all of a sudden you feel terrified to turn the ignition on for fear that if you do something terrible is going to happen. or you are out shopping with your spouse or your significant other and all of a sudden you feel afraid and feel that if you do not leave the mall something terrible is going to happen so you have to leave. you feel like your heart is going to beat so hard that it is going to beat out of your body, you can’t get your breathe, you can’t think straight, it’s just blind terror taking control of your body, you feel like you are going to be sick any moment and in fact might actually be sick to your stomach. you need to see your doctor and foo low his/her advice on what you need to do. it can with help be overcome. i know this because i used to suffer from it.

I have panic attacks and they don’t always just come out of the blue. One time I was stuck on top of a really high bridge in the rain behind someone with a flat tire.(and I’m afraid of high places….and accidentally went on that bridge). I had a panic attack …and froze. (besides all the other feelings that come with panic attacks). Even little things…like someone fussing at me or criticizing me will cause little panic attacks. With me…it’s usually when something happens…or if I start thinking about something that was traumatic for me. I take a half mg of risperdal now and it helps prevent them. I know that there is therapy and are books and groups that can help you learn how to deal with them. One of the main things is to realize that you’re having one and that things aren’t as bad as they feel like they are…that you’re not going to die etc. That’s just how it is for me.

you need to work threw it..firstly you need to find out why you get the panic attacks, then you need to try and work out a way to not to get so worked up about it! its not easy but if you have the mental strength to face it and work at it you will get rid of it!
    hope your well
    take care
