medication for panic attacks
hntraut asked:

i’v been cutting down on my meds for panic attacks for about 3 months now. Since then I’ve had a few panic episodes. Should I continue it on my low dose or should I go back to a higher dose? I REALLY WANT TO STOP TAKING THEM. I’v been exercising and eating well. I was hopping that by lifting weights and learning how to relax they would just go away.

Kudos to you. You are definitely on the right track. Add cardio (running or walking) to your exercise. Load up on veggies. Its up to you, but you’ve come this far. Why stop reducing your meds now?
