How can I get some anti-anxiety medication?

I’ve already talked to my doctor, I’m on antidepressants, which is working out, but I have horrible anxiety/panic attacks. My doctor prescribed me Buspar, yet my attacks are getting worse. I’ve been considering consulting with him about getting prescribed a low dose of either Valium or Xanax but I’m scared because well…they usually don’t prescribe those to a 19 yr old. I can’t consult with my mom because she’ll immediately think the worse, but my intentions are pure…I’m scared…I just want some advice. Please, I’d appreciate it.
