How can i control panic attacks at school?
ive been having many panic attacks at school lately. im missing too much school so i need to control them. im pretty sure they are caused by stress. i could be put on meds but i dont want to bc the doc said it would increase thoughts of suicide(ive never had any thoughts though)
here are my symptoms
headache
sensitivity to light
increased heart rate (when one comes)
sweating a lot under my arms
feelings of passing out
how can i control these from coming along? i feel like im going to die when i have one =/
