I got panic attacks last year and ever since i’ve been so different like being a pessimist, disturbing thoughts, being a hypochondriac. Yes I’ve talked with my doctor and i took medicine before, but i feel like i’m doing better than last year. I was just wondering if it’s possible to cure it yourself being more relaxed etc, without medications or a therapist and if so how?
