Sometimes, not often. It usually only happens to me if I drank to relieve stress or get away from my problems, which is a very WRONG reason to drink and I don’t do that anymore. I only drink to celebrate every once in awhile. I figured it was probably alcohol withdrawl symptoms. I’d also feel a little shaky in my limbs too which is common with panic attacks…and alcohol withdrawl.

You could be reacting to the preservatives. Most alcohol, except for most spirits, I think, contain sulphites (the 220 family of preservatives). I started getting bad asthma some time ago and then realised I was getting it from sulphites in the dried apricots in my morning muesli!! I then did some research and found the other stuff I was eating – sausages, wine, etc. I had asked my doctor to give me a food allergy test and nothing had shown up. Who knows? Maybe you’re reacting to something completely different to me!
